Welcome to Christ Fellowship Church!
We are a congregation of baptized believers in the Lord Jesus Christ, meeting together in Edinburgh, Indiana, just south of Indianapolis. The members of our church seek to honor God and the Lord Jesus Christ through preaching the Bible, worshiping together, using our spiritual gifts, and encouraging one another to live in obedience to God. Most importantly, we desire to proclaim the good news about Jesus Christ to all those who do not know Him throughout our community and around the world. The purpose of this church is to glorify the God of the Scriptures in promoting His worship, edifying His saints, and evangelizing sinners. We are committed to proclaiming the whole counsel of God especially His glorious Gospel of Grace in Jesus Christ.
3 Things About Who We Are
Christ
Christ is the center and focus of everything we are and everything that we do. We do not focus on denominational affiliations or other titles; our focus is upon the Lord Jesus Christ. We do not isolate one doctrine of scripture in order to identify ourselves. We teach, preach, and identify with the whole revelation of the Bible.
Fellowship
Fellowship with God is through Jesus Christ. We have been brought into peaceful fellowship with God because of what Christ has done for us. Consequently, we have also been brought into deep, meaningful fellowship with other believers in Jesus. We seek to provide opportunities to worship God and to cultivate meaningful fellowship with other Believers.
Church
Church is the Bible-mandated designation for the people assembled in the name of Jesus Christ. We are not a business, government, nor fraternal organization. We are a gathering of the church in the truest sense of the word. We regularly assemble in Jesus' name to glorify God by hearing, praying, preaching, teaching, singing, living, and obeying His Word.
